This is a new product for me since I am trying to go all vegetarian and do away with my egg usage. I did my research on Mayo substitutes before I bought one and this is a whole lot better than was anticipated.
It had something like a custard-like texture but it's spread on bread was alittle creamier than was expected. It also had a great tangy taste that left absolutely no after taste on my palette.
Other than the odd gelatinous appearance that it gave in the jar, I most definitely will be using this instead of Mayonnaise. I was very pleased with it on my sandwiches and tofu burgers. A+++++
